Although we have many patients who use dental insurance at our practice, we are not an in-network provider for any dental insurance plan or carrier. We will be happy to assist with submission of a claim to your insurance company.
We ask that you pay at the time of treatment. Your insurance company will reimburse you directly, according to your dental plan.
For those without dental insurance, please ask about our membership plan.
We are not in-network with any dental insurance carrier. Many plans provide out-of-network-benefits, and we have many patients who use dental insurance. For patients who do wish to use dental insurance, we provide a claim form following each appointment. We fill out the dentist’s portion of the form, and the patient fills out the patient portion of the form, which includes the patient’s insurance information. The patient submits the form to his/her insurance company.
Each patient pays the full fee for all services at the time of his/her appointment. Any insurance reimbursement is paid directly to the beneficiary. We do not know the details of patients’ agreements with their insurance companies, or what reimbursement has been agreed to between a patient and his/her insurance company. Please know and understand the plan you have agreed to. We are not involved in the management of third-party payer benefits, and we have no contact with insurance companies.
For those without dental insurance, please ask about our membership plan.
We will not rush. We do not have production goals or financial targets. No one here works on commission. We are not part of a larger corporate structure, as so many healthcare practices now are – even small, seemingly independent offices. Wonderful care is our top priority. We care about delivering excellent dentistry and respectful service for a fair fee. We will treat you as we treat our own families. We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you. Thank you.
